Greg is the Director of IHHP Asia Pacific, delivering IHHP's services throughout the region. With a rich variety of professional experiences, Greg provides every audience with a unique experience, helping them to understand what is best about themselves, and how to manage themselves and others to peak performance.

With 10 years as an officer in the Australian Army, Greg has an intimate understanding of what it means to lead in difficult circumstances. His greatest benefit from the military is his belief in the value to organisations of high quality relationships. Imagine going to work knowing that those you work with would give their lives for you - that's the achievable outcome when people strive together for a common purpose, grounded by absolute respect for one another.

Moving to the field of management consulting, Greg focused on the human impact of change, and has helped businesses through a variety of organisation-wide change programs. Working in 16 countries around the world (in Nth America, Europe, Asia, and South East Asia), Greg has worked in industries such as Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, and IFA Networks), Retail, Travel, Fleet Management, Outsourced Call Centres, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing.

Having also competed at a high level in rugby union and rowing, Greg helps audiences to understand what it really means to push through performance barriers and to function effectively as an individual, and as a team.

Greg's knowledge in the fields of human development, change and leadership is underscored by a bachelor degree in Human Resource Development, an MBA, and a Company Directors' Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. As a committed student of Emotional Intelligence since 1996, Greg is a certified EQ trainer and is accredited to administer and interpret a range of EQ assessment tools. He is a passionate speaker on Emotional Intelligence, and is highly sought after for his thought provoking, research-rich delivery. Greg's presentations focus on educating the audience, providing them with concrete tools that they can use immediately, as well as inspiring people to seek a deliberate, generous and more wholly rewarding life.
