Assessment

Before any effective training, coaching or cultural change can take place, it’s crucial to assess individual performance potential.

IHHP uses the EI360 tool, which was developed by Dr. JP Pawliw-Fry for the purposes of assessment and learning. This tool measures and evaluates a person’s Emotional Intelligence (EQ), including self-awareness, self-control, empathy and communication.

Furthermore, it serves to clarify an individual’s EQ capabilities and provides them with a clear roadmap to realise their performance potential.

The benefits of the EI360 tool include:
